For past years, the new year resolutions that I have made were just nothing but empty talk. It is either too unrealistic or I just can't be bother to take action. This time, I have to make sure that I carry out the plan that I have set for myself.
-Slim Down

My target: To lose at least 5kg within 1 year.
My reasons:
-I'm overweight.
-Easy to get the clothes that I like.
-Embarrassed with the fact that I weigh heavier than guys.
My methods:
-Ban myself from eating supper.
-Avoid taking rice for 2 meals in 1 day.
-Exercise for an hour twice a week (Playing badminton, skipping, jogging and walking)
-Avoid deep fried and oily food.
-Have enough sleep.
-Learn Cooking

My target: Able to whip up a simple and edible meal at the end of year.
My reasons:
-To stop my mom's constant nagging for not being able to cook.
-I seriously need to learn how to cook.
-To be able make something nice for my loved ones.
My methods:
-Observe and learn from my mom and friends.
-Practice making simple dishes during weekends and holidays.
-Look for simple recipes online or from books.
