4 days ago, I took half day leave from work and met up with Janet and Qiaoling for lunch at Breeks. It's been a long time since we last met up. Ordered Cajun chicken chop and iced honey lemon tea. The chicken chop tasted great and juicy but the iced honey lemon tea was way too sweet. I should have ordered ice cream float instead. After our meal, Janet and Qiaoling got me a birthday cake and requested the Breeks staff to sing birthday song for me. I felt quite embarrassed and touched at the same time. Adding more surprises, they gave me a cute lock necklace and a birthday card. Janet, Michelle and Qiaoling, 我会好好珍惜的！

After that, the three of us headed to WGS. This was the first time I went back to school after I graduated from there 4 years ago. We met up with Mrs Goh. She looked quite wearily but her usual cheerful self never fails to make us smile. We chat with her for a while and "tour" around the school. Most of teachers who had taught our batch were either transferred to another school or changed their career. Frankly speaking, the teachers who taught our batch were the best ones in WGS. I heard the standard of the school is dropping. Seriously, they should bring back those teachers to revive WGS.
During evening, my parents and I went out for dinner. My brother was supposed to join us but was held up with something at his camp. Although the food was average, it still tasted the best when you were eating it together with your loved ones. Besides Chinese New Year, my family hardly sit down to have dinner together. Hmm... I think I can propose that all of us have dinner together on my birthday every year. :)
