This is what happened to me when I watched too much JRock PV and got myself interested in eye make-up. Chelle was shocked to see the way how I spent my money today.

2. White mud nose pack
3. Eyelash curler
4. Eyeliner
5. Mascara
6. Contact lens

Ouch. My heart and wallet hurts. T_T

New Year Resolution For 2011

Today's Mood: Feeling Cold

For past years, the new year resolutions that I have made were just nothing but empty talk. It is either too unrealistic or I just can't be bother to take action. This time, I have to make sure that I carry out the plan that I have set for myself.

-Slim Down


My target: To lose at least 5kg within 1 year.

My reasons:
-I'm overweight.
-I want to look smexy just like Mao! =X (Note: Mao is the vocalist from the JRock band, SID)
-Easy to get the clothes that I like.
-Embarrassed with the fact that I weigh heavier than guys.

My methods:
-Ban myself from eating supper.
-Avoid taking rice for 2 meals in 1 day.
-Exercise for an hour twice a week (Playing badminton, skipping, jogging and walking)
-Avoid deep fried and oily food.
-Have enough sleep.

-Learn Cooking


My target: Able to whip up a simple and edible meal at the end of year.

My reasons:
-To stop my mom's constant nagging for not being able to cook.
-I seriously need to learn how to cook.
-To be able make something nice for my loved ones.

My methods:
-Observe and learn from my mom and friends.
-Practice making simple dishes during weekends and holidays.
-Look for simple recipes online or from books.

Of late, Gumi's songs are getting more and more addictive. This is one of them. I finally upload this my so-called "satisfied" cover. During practicing period, I kept dying at this part of the lyrics:

Helpless

Recently, lots of bad things have been happening to my friends.

Being helpless to a person in need is really an awful feeling.

Not knowing what to do or what to say.

The only thing I can do is to pray that they will get over with it soon and continue to move forward.

Perhaps I'm the worst kind of friend to have when it comes this kind of situation.

Yay for my first post at YouTube and boo for my idiocy. To tell the truth, this final version I'm not really satisfied with it. I had a better version except that there was a slight mistake which somehow can be bypass over. Due to that mistake and for perfection, I tried to record again. I couldn't believe that I stupidly overwrite the file with the newly recorded version. OTL

After listening to my recording several times, I seriously hate my whispering voice. No matter how hard I tried to project my voice loud and clear, the results still turns out the same. All constructive comments are welcome so that I can improve myself to minimize the ear damage in the future. :D

Cosfest 2010 Day 2

Went to Downtown East with Chelle for Cosfest today. I'm so glad to meet Shizuka-san in-person! She happens to be Chelle's friend's friend. But I could not recognized her at all even when I was taking her photo. Until when Chelle asked me whether I took the right person's photo on our way home... "OTL

This year, lots of cosplayers were cosplaying Vocaloid. There were this two kids cosplaying Kagamine twins that made me go "Aww... I want to bring them home.". They looked so adorable! X3

I almost died of happiness when I saw a few cosplayers were cosplaying Hakuouki characters. Though I personally find Hakuouki's anime plot quite difficult to understand (The anime is based on the popular otome game), the anime is quite decent. By the way, Shizuka-san was cosplaying as Kazama Chikage. :D

I actually intended to stay till the end of the event to watch the cosplay competition. However, my exhaustion was taking over me. So Chelle and I left at 5pm.

I went "OMG! Power Ranger!" when I saw Red Ranger at distance away. I quickly head there to take photos. Ah~ Power Ranger brings back my childhood memories. Love the first generation of Power Ranger.

This took place at Bukit Batok bus interchange after my work.

Credit Card Promoter: 请问你们是在工作还是学生？

I shook my head and tried to walk off with my colleague.

The credit card promoter tried to stop me and stood in front of me.

Credit Card Promoter: 请不要这么快说没有, ... *attempts to start talking about the credit card*

Me: すみません, 私時間ちょっと... (Sorry, I'm in a rush.)

Credit Card Promoter: *shocked* 你们是什么人？！

ROFL! Her reaction was so epic!!! XD
